Presentation at VPL, Sept 15 2014

Nidus partnered with BC Courthouse Libraries to create awareness around Personal Planning and BC’s Legal tools—with a panel of experts in the field—and to launch the Personal Planning Registry. It was a full house with some 250 people in attendance.

Online Registry Preview & Demo, June 12 2014

Before the public launch of the online Personal Planning Registry, Nidus gave a sneak peak to professionals and community colleagues. Features and functions about the Registry—how it works, who can create an account, who can access a record—was explained through presentation. Stations were set up for hands-on demonstrations.

Training: Surrey Come Share, July 2013

Nidus held a 2 day training session for the Surrey Come Share Senior Connectors. Through a combination of presentation, hands on scenarios and discussion, trainees learned about BC’s legal documents for personal planning. Additionally they learned about capability requirements for different documents, the roles of those appointed, when a legal professional is required and how to use the Personal Planning Registry.
